2.  Print and Follow the Instructions very closely
3.  Feel Free to call in if assistance is needed
4.  Select the Pool that best resemble yours
5.  Measure according to directions
6.  Be sure to include a copy or drawing of your pool, if possible
7.  When completed, fax or mail into the office using the number provided
8.  Contact our office to alert us of your submitted worksheet
